A good example of a Pronkkamer is the executive office at Caspar de Haan Maintenance & Renovation. We selected and crafted narratives based on the company’s nearly three centuries of history, core values, vision, mission, and DNA. We then translated these into a museum-style display wall featuring interactive elements.

Among other things, you’ll learn that renovation and maintenance require craftsmanship. You’ll discover this by feeling the bristles of the brushes on display and guessing what kind of bristles they are and for what type of surface and paint they’re used. Openness is also an important value, which is why, as a visitor, you’re welcome to browse through the ledgers

Interaction increases the impact. A good example is a 3D-printed photo of Maria Peeters, Caspar V’s wife. It’s not just the Caspars who are important to the company’s success; the women in the family also play a key role. For a long time, however, they remained in the shadows. Now we’re literally putting them in the spotlight.
